“Archer” has gotten its season seven premiere date from FX, network CEO John Landgraf announced Saturday at a TCA executive session.

The animated spy comedy features the voice of H. Jon Benjamin as Sterling Archer, the top agent at an international intelligence agency, formerly known as ISIS, run by his mother (Jessica Walter).

In response to the real-world Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, which has been shortened to ISIS in the media, the FX animated series abandoned that acronym on the show.

FX renewed the series for two additional seasons during its fifth season. The renewal will keep the series, which was created by Adam Reed and Floyd County Productions, on FX at least through 2016.

In addition to Benjamin, the show also features the voices of Aisha Tyler, Chris Parnell, Judy Greer, Amber Nash and Lucky Yates. Reed serves as executive producer, along with Matt Thompson. Neal Holman, Eric Sims, and Casey Willis serve as producers.

Season 7 of “Archer” will premiere March 31.
