If someone is ever crazy enough to bring Spider-Man back to Broadway, perhaps Andrew Garfield can pull double duty.
The British actor plays the wall crawler and his alter-ego Peter Parker in Sony’s reboot of the famed franchise, and while he generally gets strong reviews for his acting, there is no singing involved. That is actually a bit of a shame, because Garfield proved that he has some vocal chops during his visit to the “Tonight Show” on Thursday.

After asking the actor about his recent musical lessons, host Jimmy Fallon brought out a guitar for Garfield to play for the audience. After the obligatory gasp of surprise and momentary protest, Garfield took the six stringer and played a soulful acoustic version of an ’80s cartoon theme.
